Compressed Air Dryer with Integrated Filtration
Compressed air treatment doesn't stop at removing water vapour.
A conventional installation can require a refrigerated air dryer together with separate upstream and downstream compressed air filters.
The MKE-PRO incorporates pre and post filtration within the dryer package, providing a complete compressed air treatment solution while reducing the number of separate components required.
The benefits include:
Reduced installation footprint
Less additional pipework
Fewer separate filter housings
Simpler installation
Easier equipment selection
Clean, dry compressed air from one compact package
Digital Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer
The MKE-PRO range uses digital-cycling technology to provide efficient and reliable compressed air drying across varying operating demands.
An aluminium heat exchanger provides effective moisture removal and consistent drying performance, while the Digi-Pro controller provides digital monitoring and control.
The aluminium heat exchanger is backed by a 10-year warranty.
What Size Compressed Air Dryer Do I Need?
Selecting a refrigerated compressed air dryer based on compressor motor kW alone can result in an incorrectly sized unit.
Dryer selection should consider:
Compressor air flow – CFM or m³/min
Operating pressure
Maximum inlet air temperature
Maximum ambient temperature
Compressor operating conditions
If you're unsure which MKE-PRO model you require, send STES your compressor make and model, motor kW, CFM or m³/min and operating pressure.
We'll help select the appropriate refrigerated air dryer for your application.
