  • Food grade tube

  • Reinforced liquid tube

Connection types can include:

  • BSP Parallel (BSPP)

  • BSP Taper (BSPT)

  • NPT

  • Push Fit

  • Barbed

Push-fit systems are available in a range of materials to suit different environments and applications.

Polyurethane Tubing & Nylon Tubing

Polyurethane and nylon tube is widely used across pneumatic, automation, fluid transfer and industrial control systems.

Polyurethane tube is ideal where flexibility, tight bend radius and kink resistance are important, making it suitable for moving machinery, robotics and applications where repeated flexing is required. Nylon tube offers greater rigidity and higher pressure performance, making it better suited to fuel lines, lubrication systems, pneumatic controls and more demanding industrial applications.

Tubing is commonly available in:

  • 4mm to 16mm outside diameter metric sizes

  • 1/8” to 1/2” imperial tube sizes

  • Standard and heavy-wall options

  • Multiple colours for circuit identification

  • Reinforced and anti-static variants

These tubes are suitable for compressed air, vacuum, oils, fuels, lubricants and general industrial fluid transfer.

Push Fit Connectors

Plastic and metal push-fit connectors provide a quick and reliable way to connect tube to threaded components, valves, manifolds and equipment.

Available in both lightweight plastic-bodied and more durable metal-bodied designs, these fittings are suitable for compressed air, vacuum and low-pressure fluid systems.

Common fitting styles include:

  • Straight connectors

  • Male studs

  • Female connectors

  • Elbows

  • Swivel elbows

  • Tees

  • Y fittings

  • Bulkhead fittings

  • Blanking plugs

  • Flow control fittings

  • Banjo fittings

  • Reducers

Thread types commonly include:

  • BSP Parallel (BSPP)

  • BSP Taper (BSPT)

  • Metric threads

  • NPT

  • UNF

  • Male threads

  • Female threads

  • Swivel thread connections

Tube sizes generally range from 4mm to 16mm metric and 1/8” to 1/2” imperial. Larger sizes can also be supplied on request for specialist applications.

Thread sizes are typically available from M5 up to 1” BSP, with selected metal fittings extending up to 1 1/2” BSP.

Food Grade Tube & Water/Liquid Fittings

Food grade tube and liquid fittings are designed for applications where cleanliness, hygiene and contamination resistance are essential.

Suitable for food production, beverage systems, water purification, pharmaceutical applications and low-pressure liquid transfer, these products are designed to provide a secure and leak-free connection.

The range includes:

  • 4mm to 16mm outside diameter metric sizes

  • 1/8” to 1/2” imperial tube sizes

  • Clear, translucent and coloured options

  • Flexible and reinforced constructions

  • Straight connectors

  • Male and female adaptors

  • Elbows

  • Tees

  • Y connectors

  • Shut-off fittings

  • Valved connectors

  • Bulkhead fittings

  • Hose connectors

  • Reducers

Thread types commonly include:

  • BSP Parallel (BSPP)

  • BSP Taper (BSPT)

  • Metric threads

  • NPT

  • UNF

  • Male threads

  • Female threads

Water and liquid fittings are commonly manufactured from plastic, brass or stainless steel materials and are suitable for water, beverages, coolants, mild chemicals and non-aggressive liquids.

Thread sizes are commonly available from M5 up to 1/2”, with selected fittings extending to 1” depending on the material and application. Tube sizes generally range from 4mm to 16mm metric and 1/8” to 1/2” imperial, with larger sizes available on request.

Recoil Tubes

Recoil tubes provide a compact and flexible solution for air tools, workstations and mobile pneumatic equipment.

Designed to retract back into shape after use, recoil tubes help reduce trip hazards and keep work areas tidy.

Common Options include:

  • Polyurethane recoil hose

  • Nylon recoil hose

  • Straight tail ends

  • Swivel end fittings

  • Pre-fitted threaded connectors

  • Different coil lengths and working lengths

Tube sizes are typically available from 5mm up to 12mm outside diameter, with thread sizes generally ranging from 1/8” BSP to 1/2” BSP.

Cutting Tools

Tube cutting tools are designed to provide clean, square cuts on pneumatic and fluid transfer tube.

A clean cut is essential for reliable push-fit connections and helps prevent leaks, tube damage and poor fitting performance.

The range includes:

  • Hand tube cutters

  • Heavy-duty tube cutters

  • Multi-size tube cutters

  • Tube insert tools

  • Deburring tools

  • Hose cutting shears

These tools are suitable for most common tube sizes from 4mm up to 22mm and can be used with polyurethane, nylon and food grade tube.
